Morris Land Clearing

Overgrown Property Reclamation

Property reclamation is the longer job: a place that slipped past mowing, a field that became a thicket, or a homestead edge that disappeared.

The goal is usable ground again — not a landscaping magazine photo. We will tell you what a compact machine can reasonably restore and what should wait.

Decorative panel

Decorative panel only — not a completed Morris job. Project photography will replace this when real work is documented.

Who it is for

  • Heirs opening a neglected property
  • Owners who stopped keeping up with acreage
  • People converting brush back toward pasture or yard

What is included

  • Phased work when the property is too large for one visit
  • A clear written scope

What we need from you

  • How the property used to be used
  • Photos from several angles
  • What you want to walk or mow when we finish

What affects pricing

  • How far the vegetation has gone
  • Mixed debris vs. plants only
  • Access and terrain

How it works

  1. 1. Share photos and the story of the property
  2. 2. We propose a scope
  3. 3. Work proceeds when scheduled

Limits and review

  • Structures, trash, and farm junk mixed into vegetation may need junk removal or grapple work

Local projects

Project pages will appear here after real jobs are completed and published. We do not invent before-and-after galleries.

Morris Service Group

One property. One company.

Tell us what you want the property to become. We determine which service — land clearing, site work, equipment, hauling, or junk removal — actually fits. Not every job needs every division.

FAQ

Often we can make it usable again. Extremely large trees, structures, or dumped debris change the plan. Photos keep the estimate honest.

Before we work a property

These services accept written estimates. Pricing depends on actual site conditions. Photos and a short video help us review the property before we quote.

  • Mark or disclose septic systems, underground utilities, property boundaries, and known easements before work begins. Customers are responsible for calling 811 / Missouri One Call where excavation or ground disturbance may occur.
  • Overhead wires, low branches, soft ground, steep slopes, and tight access can limit what a machine can safely do. We may decline or pause work that appears unsafe or likely to damage the property or equipment.
  • Final pricing is based on actual site conditions. Photos and descriptions help us estimate; acreage, density, tree size, terrain, access, and debris handling can change the scope after we see the ground.
  • Property lines, conservation restrictions, floodplain rules, and local permits are the property owner's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice.
  • Morris Service Group LLC is an independent contractor. References to skid steer or Bobcat services describe common machine classes customers search for — not an affiliation with or endorsement by Bobcat Company or any manufacturer.
