We pause and explain the difference. You approve an updated amount, reduce the scope, or reschedule — we do not surprise-charge mid-job.
Yes. Couches, mattresses, appliances, and other single items are common. Travel and labor still apply, so a photo estimate keeps pricing honest.
Yes, when access is safe. Stairs and long carries affect labor — include photos of the path so the estimate is accurate.
Household hazardous waste, certain chemicals, and materials our facilities will not accept. If you are unsure, ask when you request an estimate.
Morris Junk Removal prioritizes recycling, donation, reuse, and appropriate disposal whenever practical and available. Final handling depends on item condition, contamination, local facility availability, and applicable rules — we do not recycle everything or guarantee diversion rates.
